I've been pretty lazy this winter and also a bit obsessive with certain items of clothing. These are my favourite items, making up my staple winter outfit.
I got this top from Princess Polly for $50. It was the last one available and I had to get it in a Medium because I was desperate for it, but I love how it fits; the perfect amount of bagginess and the material is so so comfy! Its my favourite item of clothing that I own!
This jumper is also from Princess Polly, I think it was around $60. I love the colour, even though its a pretty intense and I'm not usually one to wear pink. Its amazingly comfy and warm and has a really baggy, relaxed fit.
So thats the top half of my staple outfit, and with those I usually just wear black high waisted Cheap Monday jeans, which I got from General Pants for $90, or if I'm just hanging around the house or going to Jake's or work I'll wear maroon or teal tights with them. As much as I was an avid "TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS" believer last winter, I'm totally over it now and am much more of a believer in comfort. However, black tights with midrif tops are still horrible!

I got these sunnies from Urban Outfitters as well and they were only $14 so I was really happy with them. I had a similar round pair before I got these but they got really scratched in my car so I'd been looking for a new pair for a while and these are perfect! They're slightly smaller than my other ones, which I really like, and they curve up more at the top a bit to avoid that awkward bit of eyebrow poking out. I also love the tortoise shell pattern on them.

Urban Outfitters have free international shipping for the entire month so I've made the most of it and have made two orders, totalling 15 items (four for Jake, one for my Dad and the rest for me), and $157.96. This top is Pins and Needles and cost $49.00, I got it in an S and it fits perfectly. I haven't worn it yet but I've tried it on with a few different bottoms and I really like it. I'm completely in love with peter pan collars lately and this one is totally adorable. I'm not sure if I can get away, or feel comfortable, wearing it without a little top underneath as its quite see-threw, but we'll see. I'll post some more of my purchases soon.

Last semester I did a photography unit as one of my electives and loved it so much. I'd always wanted to learn how to take nice photos on a DSLR and this was the perfect opportunity. I still need more practise, of course, firstly so that the settings become almost second nature and I know what they should be for almost all conditions, and secondly so that I never forget! This set of 10 photos is what I submitted for my final portfolio in my photography unit.

I've decided to make a blogspot to post more of my photography, as well some fashion stuff, in the hopes that it'll encourage me to take more photos now that my Uni photography course is over. Blogger is certainly a whole lot different from when I used it before! I'm sure it'll take a bit of getting used to but I doubt there'll be that many people viewing it anyway so I'll be using it more as a personal motivation to be more creative. Anyway, if you are reading this, enjoy and I'd really love to hear your comments and such.
